I have a brand new jacket that I ordered on Amazon. It’s too small for me. I’d say the size is small. Would fit someone 140-150 lbs. Obviously, that’s not me. I have a picture of it. It’s very nice. Please contact me if you are interested. Would make a nice gift for a teenage grandson.

  2. In reply to Gary’s inquiry about Thursday’s results….I’ve been out of town and didn’t have the device I needed to post. It’s up now. Sorry. , Carroll G

  3. Junior is having surgery Monday and will be incapacitated for a while. If you’re a praying person, I’m sure he would appreciate your prayers for his recovery.

    • I’d say, “Let the golf gods be with you” but we all know they can be good and bad. So let God fill you with faith instead of fear and trust for a successful operation. Let the majesty of the Father be the light that guides you and your care team, the compassion of the Son be the love that inspires you in your healing, and the presence of the Spirit be the strength that empowers you, through Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen.

  4. Played for the first time today at Patriot Hills, great job on organizing the event. Looking forward to playing more as work permits.

    • Bob and Junior both answered my question with “Orange and White” so I’m guessing (only a guess) that Orange will be front nine and White the second nine. That’s how it’s been when we play there during the season.

  5. Here’s Bob’s report on his procedure. “It went as good as I thought it could. I have to do some rehab and take some meds but that beats the alternatives. I thank God for the results. Going to try to play golf Tuesday.”

  6. There are many reasons. If you can figure out how to eliminate slow play (i.e. slow players), you can write a book and start a consulting company and get rich. lol.

    • Bob, this is always a problem in these situations. Some people just play slower than others…however, play could be sped up by practicing more efficient cart use.

      • The 3some in front of us was at least 3 holes behind the Group in front of them. I know it was at least 3 holes because from the tee box on 6 at Laurel, you can see 7, 8, and 9. All three holes were open. I think it’s more than just cart usage because it wasn’t cart path only yesterday. In my opinion, something is wrong when a group gets that far behind. I’d like to figure out why.
